On April 12, 2024 we co-hosted an event about the hurdles in the system and discussion on potential solutions. A contributor to the problem is the number of hurdles in the system that impede the delivery of condos as part of the overall housing mix.
The agenda included 15-minute presentations about the state of condo development and an audience Q&A with the following industry experts:
